Questions
The things people ask before a first visit.
How often do I need a lash lift?
Most clients come back every six to eight weeks.
What happens if I'm late?
I hold your time for ten minutes. After that the visit is shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Do I need a patch test?
We recommend one before a first lash lift or brow lamination. It helps, but it doesn't predict every reaction.
What if I react?
If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care. Reactions can happen.
Can I wear mascara or get my lashes wet?
Keep them dry and skip mascara for the first day. After that you can do both.
Can I bring a guest or a child?
The suite is one small room, so please come on your own. A friend can wait in the hall.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds any visit of 45 minutes or longer and goes toward your service. Cancel with 24 hours' notice and it carries over.
What should I do before my visit?
No eye makeup, curler or oil-based products near your eyes, and contact lenses out for a lift. For waxing, hair about a quarter inch long.
Where do I park?
In the lot behind the building. Use the side door; Suite 4 is down the hall on the left.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and work for any service. You can buy one on the gift card page.
